Baltonsborough: The Sunday Sound Bath

Clear the mental clutter before the week begins.

20 British pounds
Baltonsborough Village Hall

Service Description

Held at Baltonsborough Village Hall at 7 PM, this monthly session is for the person who feels the weight of Monday morning starting to settle in their chest. If your Sunday evenings are usually spent mentally scrolling through your to-do list, this is your invitation to pull the plug on the noise. We aren't here to "do" more work. We gather to shed the physical tension of the month and drop the armor you’ve been wearing. Through a mix of somatic grounding and restorative sound, we teach your body that it’s finally safe to stop performing. You’ll leave feeling grounded, clear, and ready to start the week from your baseline, not from a place of burnout. A practical, community-led reset for both men and women. What to Expect Arrival & Landing Aim to arrive 5–10 minutes early so you aren't rushing into your "rest." Wear the clothes you actually feel comfortable in, soft fabrics and loose layers. This is about physical relief, not a dress code. Your Setup To get the most out of the evening, bring your "comfort kit." Think yoga mats, sheepskins, your thickest pillows, and a warm blanket. This is your space to get as cozy as possible so your nervous system can truly let go. The Experience We start with a gentle somatic reset to help you "land" in your body and leave the outside world at the door. Then, the sound takes over. Using crystal bowls and therapeutic instruments, I create a space where your analytical mind can finally take a back seat. There is no "work" for you to do, no goals to hit, and no trauma to analyze. Your only task is to lay there and receive the shift. Integration We finish with a few minutes of silence to allow the reset to "stick" in your cells. We’ll have a gentle return to the room with optional oracle card guidance to help you clear the mental fog. I recommend a slow, quiet evening and plenty of water afterward to let your body stay in this new state of calm.
