I’m Jessika May, and I help you bridge the gap between knowing better and feeling better.

​I am a Somatics Teacher and Sound Healing Guide, but more importantly, I am the person who helps you stop the 3:00 AM mental loops.

Most women I work with are high-achieving, deeply self-aware and spiritually advanced. They’ve read the books and done the journaling. But their bodies haven't received the memo.

They are still living in chronic overdrive - snapping at their partners, feeling overwhelmed by the hum of the supermarket and wondering why all that inner work hasn't made them feel any calmer.

I don’t offer relaxation. I offer a way out of the loop.

 

My work is the bridge between the science of how your body stores stress and the physical relief of sound.

 

I don't use spiritual jargon to explain why you feel stuck; I use somatic tools to show your nervous system that it’s finally safe to drop the armor.

What started as my own journey to find a way out of the "over-analysis" loop has become a deep understanding of what it actually takes to stay regulated in a loud, chaotic world.

Whether I’m working with you 1:1, guiding a private group, or supporting a retreat, I’m not here to give you another to-do list.

 

I’m here to help you peel back the layers of tension you’ve been carrying for years, so calm stops being a luxury you feel once a year and starts being your daily baseline.
