6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers purchasing services online may have a 14-day cooling-off period unless:

  • The service is fully performed within that period with the customer’s consent, or

  • The customer requests the service begin within that period and acknowledges that cancellation rights may be lost.
