A New Frequency: Welcome

In a world that is already moving so fast, the astrology for this year is looking like we are at full steam ahead. Currently lots of planets are moving into Aries and as an Aries Moon, I know that this means there is no holding back.

Things that felt like they were forever away last year, have started to play out and I'm already moving through some huge changes - pretty quickly.

Now I have reached the point where it is time to say goodbye to The Luna Flow - as I step into the new chapter, with Somatics and Sound. This isn't the first time I have done this, The Luna Flow was created as a rebirth from the birth world, where I was a hypnobirthing teacher and doula under the name The Birth Flow.

For me, transition is a natural somatic process and as my work has evolved from purely sound-led sessions into a deeper, more integrated practice of nervous system regulation and somatic teaching, I could feel that my digital space and the name needed to evolve too.

I have been creating this new website, slowly, over the past 6 months. This is the website that I always wanted and I'm sure it will grow and evolve as I do, but it feels more aligned than ever.

• In-Person & 1:1 Immersions: You can now explore and book my weekly Glastonbury sessions, monthly Somerset immersions and bespoke 1:1 healing sessions with ease.

• The Journal: AKA the blog. A place for me to share insights on somatic awareness, the lunar cycles, being a woman and the profound medicine of sound.

• Coming Home: I'm creating something deeper and expanding my Coming Home To The Body program so it is even more accessible for those who need it the most right now. This is a space for you to come back to yourself in a profound way.

• A Glimpse Into the Future: While my doors are now open for bookings and connection, I am currently tending the soil for The Apothecary and The Academy. Very soon, this space will expand to include hand-curated ritual tools and professional online courses.
