Sound Bath & Guided Meditation Glastonbury High Street • 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM As the day begins to wind down, you’re invited into a peaceful sanctuary in the heart of Glastonbury — a space to pause, breathe, and fully let go of the noise of the outside world. This evening experience is designed to guide you gently into deep relaxation through grounding meditation and restorative sound. Whether you’re arriving feeling mentally busy, emotionally drained, or simply in need of stillness, this is a space to soften, reset, and reconnect with yourself. What to Expect Guided Meditation We begin with calming, somatic guided meditation to help settle the nervous system, quiet the mind, and ease you into a state of presence and relaxation. Sound Bath You’ll then be immersed in the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other therapeutic instruments. The layered sounds create a deeply restorative experience that supports rest, energetic balance, and emotional calm. There is nothing you need to do during the session — no pressure, no expectations. Simply allow yourself to rest and receive. Oracle Card Reflection We close the evening with optional oracle card guidance, offering a gentle moment of reflection and insight before returning home. What to Bring Please bring anything that helps you feel cosy and supported, such as: A blanket A cushion or pillow A yoga mat or extra padding Warm layers or comfortable clothing The more comfortable and supported your body feels, the deeper you’ll be able to relax into the experience. Who This Is For This session is open to both men and women, and no previous meditation or sound bath experience is necessary. It’s for anyone seeking calm, clarity, grounding, emotional balance, or simply an opportunity to slow down and reconnect. Important Information Spaces are intentionally limited to keep the atmosphere intimate and nurturing, so early booking is recommended. Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Payment Policy Confirmation: Your appointment or space in a group immersion is only confirmed once full payment has been received via our secure online booking system. Late Arrivals: To maintain the "held" nature of our sessions, doors for group sound baths will close exactly at the start time. Late arrivals will not be admitted to avoid disturbing the collective experience and no refunds will be issued. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling I understand that life can be unpredictable; however, as a small business, I rely on filled spaces to keep these offerings sustainable. 1:1 Sessions & Group Sound Baths: We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Less than 48 hours: Cancellations made within this window are non-refundable and non-transferable. "No Shows": Failure to attend a booked session without notice will result in the forfeiture of the full fee. 3. Physical Health & Safety Health Disclosure: By booking a session, you agree to inform Jessika May of any significant health concerns, recent surgeries, or if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy. Contraindications: Sound healing may not be suitable for those with sound-induced epilepsy or those with pacemakers. If you have any concerns, please consult your GP before booking. Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for your own well-being during somatic movement. Please listen to your body and move within your own comfortable limits. 4. Digital Sanctuary (Online Sessions) Connectivity: Jessika May is not responsible for technical issues arising from your personal internet connection or hardware. Etiquette: To protect the privacy of all participants, recording of online group sessions is strictly prohibited. 5. Private Events & Retreats For bespoke bookings (Hen parties, Corporate, or Retreats), a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event.
