Service Description
If you spend your Monday mornings already thinking about Friday, this is your exit ramp. This weekly 7 PM session at the Miracles Room is designed to stop the mental chatter and drop the physical tension of the day. We aren't here for a spiritual performance - we’re here to give your nervous system the quiet it’s been begging for. We start with a somatic grounding to get you out of your head and back into your body, followed by a deep, immersive sound bath using crystal bowls and therapeutic instruments. This is the one hour of your week where there is nothing for you to do, fix, or analyse. Intimate Group: Limited to 12 people to keep the space quiet and grounded. The Extras: We finish with a moment for reflection and optional oracle card guidance to help you clear the mental fog for the week ahead. Open to Everyone: A space for both men and women to unplug. What to Expect Arrival & Settling In Arrive 5–10 minutes early to let the "rush" of the day settle. Wear whatever you feel comfortable in—no "yoga gear" required. This is about being able to breathe and let go, not about looking the part. The Setup I provide the essentials: mats, sheepskins and cushions. You don't need to bring a thing, though you're welcome to bring your favorite blanket or an eye mask if it helps you feel more tucked in and safe. The Experience We start by acknowledging the day you’ve had. Through a gentle somatic reset, we help your body realise it’s no longer in "go-mode." Then, you simply lay back and listen. The sound does the heavy lifting of bypasses your busy mind, forcing your system to move from "high-alert" back to neutral. Your only job is to exist. Integration We end with a period of intentional silence, a rare moment in a loud world to let the shift "sink in." We’ll have a gentle return to the room with the option for oracle card guidance. I recommend a quiet evening and plenty of water afterward to let the reset hold.

Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Payment Policy Confirmation: Your appointment or space in a group immersion is only confirmed once full payment has been received via our secure online booking system. Late Arrivals: To maintain the "held" nature of our sessions, doors for group sound baths will close exactly at the start time. Late arrivals will not be admitted to avoid disturbing the collective experience and no refunds will be issued. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling I understand that life can be unpredictable; however, as a small business, I rely on filled spaces to keep these offerings sustainable. 1:1 Sessions & Group Sound Baths: We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Less than 48 hours: Cancellations made within this window are non-refundable and non-transferable. "No Shows": Failure to attend a booked session without notice will result in the forfeiture of the full fee. 3. Physical Health & Safety Health Disclosure: By booking a session, you agree to inform Jessika May of any significant health concerns, recent surgeries, or if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy. Contraindications: Sound healing may not be suitable for those with sound-induced epilepsy or those with pacemakers. If you have any concerns, please consult your GP before booking. Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for your own well-being during somatic movement. Please listen to your body and move within your own comfortable limits. 4. Digital Sanctuary (Online Sessions) Connectivity: Jessika May is not responsible for technical issues arising from your personal internet connection or hardware. Etiquette: To protect the privacy of all participants, recording of online group sessions is strictly prohibited. 5. Private Events & Retreats For bespoke bookings (Hen parties, Corporate, or Retreats), a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event.
