To step into a room and play a sound bowl is a beautiful act, but to truly hold space for another human being’s nervous system requires depth, safety and a grounded understanding of how frequency interacts with the physical body.
If you feel a quiet calling to bring the medicine of sound into your life and share it with others, you do not need a background in music. You simply need a willing heart, a desire to learn and a safe container to build your confidence.
This training is designed to be a gentle, soft, and profoundly deep journey. Over one immersive weekend, a dedicated online community and learning space, and three intimate online integration circles, I will share the exact frameworks, brain science and somatic safety principles I have spent the last five years cultivating in my own full-time practice.
You will not leave with just a certificate, you will leave with the embodied understanding and practical confidence to hold beautiful, restorative experiences for your future clients.

This training is intentionally kept small and intimate to ensure you receive personalised guidance and a somatically safe space to practice. Here is how our journey maps out:
Phase 1: The Foundation (Online)

1st July - Our private Skool community opens. You can log in, meet the other trainees and begin exploring the pre-study modules and digital manuals at your own gentle pace.
Phase 2: The In-Person Intensive (Wells, Somerset)

Saturday, 1st August 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Day 1: The Body, The Bowl and The Baseline. Deep diving into physics, anatomy, instrument mechanics and safety.

Sunday, 2nd August 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Day 2: The Architecture of the Space. Energy work, mapping out your sound bath arc and our supportive practical sessions.
Phase 3: Live Online Integration & Mentorship (Zoom)
All calls are held on Saturdays at 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM UK Time.
Replays are added to Skool the following morning.
