But true regulation isn't about avoiding stress; it’s about how quickly you can recover from it. Life is still going to do its thing no matter how much journalling you do. 

Regulation is not about being a still pond, it’s about being a river that can handle the rapids without overflowing.

In this free 2 hour immersion, we are moving beyond the to-do list of healing, beyond the talking about our traumas and how they impact us.

We are going to practice the art of returning to the body.
