The Goddess House: An Evening of Sound
Move out of the "doing" and back into your body.
Service Description
Step into the deep silence of the Brighde Room at The Goddess House for a somatic reset that hits the "mute" button on the outside world. Held at 7:00 PM, this session is for the woman who feels like she’s been "on" since she woke up and needs a physical way to transition out of the day's demands. We don't use spiritual jargon to explain why you’re stressed; we use the physical frequency of crystal bowls to bypass your busy mind and soothe your nervous system. This isn't about "trying" to be spiritual, it's about a profound cellular reset that stops the mental loops and clears the physical tension you’ve been carrying in your jaw, chest, and shoulders. A grounded, quiet return to yourself in the heart of Glastonbury. What to Expect Arrival Please arrive at The Goddess House 5–10 minutes early. This is your time to let the rush of the street fade away before we begin. The Space The Brighde Room is a dedicated space for quiet. There is no performance here and no "work" to do. Your only task is to lay back and let the sound do the heavy lifting of moving your body from "high-alert" back to neutral. The "Nest" Mats and cushions are provided, but I encourage you to bring your own favorite blanket or an eye mask. This is about building a "nest" where your body feels safe enough to truly let go. The Reset We begin with a gentle somatic grounding to help you "land" in your skin and leave the day's to-do list at the door. After the sound immersion, we conclude with intuitive oracle card guidance to help clear any remaining mental fog. Aftercare To let the reset "stick," I recommend a quiet evening and plenty of water. Give yourself the space to stay in this new, calmer baseline as you head toward sleep.
