Somatic Exercises

Unlike traditional exercise which focuses on the external 'look' of a pose, Somatics focuses on the internal experience.

Through slow, conscious movements, we re-educate the brain to let go of 'sensory-motor amnesia'—the chronic tightness we hold from stress, trauma, or desk-based work. It is not about doing; it is about unlearning the habit of tension.
