These sessions are a shortcut. We gather in person to unplug from the mental loops and give your nervous system the physical reset it’s been begging for.

1:1 Intensive: 90 Minutes to Get Out of Your Head

You’ve spent enough time talking about your patterns. This is where we stop the analysis and start the physical shift.

 

In these 90-minute sessions, we use Somatics, Sound, or Reiki to speak directly to the parts of your nervous system that are stuck in on mode. It’s a focused, high-level reset for the woman who is tired of over-thinking her healing and is ready to finally feel the release.

This is 60 minutes of collective silence where the sound does the work for you.
