An Invitation to Land Back in Yourself. Join us for an intimate, multi-sensory evening where the power of the breath meets the medicine of sound. Breathe & Receive is a curated collaboration designed to guide you through a complete cycle of active release and deep, receptive rest. The Journey: Breathe We begin with Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB), led by experienced trauma-informed practitioner Yasmin. CCB is a simple yet profound somatic practice where the inhale and exhale are joined in a continuous flow. This rhythmic breathing quiets the analytical mind, regulates the nervous system, and opens a gateway to your inner landscape. In this held, loving space, you are invited to soften, release stored tension, and create new internal spaciousness. "The inhale is offered to the exhale, the exhale is offered to the inhale, one leads into the other with ease." The Integration: Pause Following the breath journey, we take a gentle pause. A moment to sip tea, share reflections if you feel called, and allow the initial shifts to settle into your bones. The Medicine: Receive The breath journey prepares the body beautifully for what follows. You will be invited to lie back and receive a Crystalline Sound Bath guided by Jessika May. Using the high-frequency resonance of the Crystal Bowls, the sound lands more deeply in a body already opened by the breath. This is your time for pure, effortless restoration, a cellular reset that leaves you feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply grounded. Come as you are. Leave a little closer to yourself. What to Expect & Prepare Experience Level: No prior experience with breathwork or sound healing is required. This journey is open to all levels. Preparation: We recommend avoiding a heavy meal 2 hours before the session. What to Bring: Wear loose, comfortable clothing. While mats are provided, you are welcome to bring your own pillow, eye mask, or a special blanket to enhance your comfort. Health Note: As CCB can be a powerful somatic experience, please let us know if you have any history of cardiovascular issues, epilepsy, or are in the early stages of pregnancy.

Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Payment Policy Confirmation: Your appointment or space in a group immersion is only confirmed once full payment has been received via our secure online booking system. Late Arrivals: To maintain the "held" nature of our sessions, doors for group sound baths will close exactly at the start time. Late arrivals will not be admitted to avoid disturbing the collective experience and no refunds will be issued. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling I understand that life can be unpredictable; however, as a small business, I rely on filled spaces to keep these offerings sustainable. 1:1 Sessions & Group Sound Baths: We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Less than 48 hours: Cancellations made within this window are non-refundable and non-transferable. "No Shows": Failure to attend a booked session without notice will result in the forfeiture of the full fee. 3. Physical Health & Safety Health Disclosure: By booking a session, you agree to inform Jessika May of any significant health concerns, recent surgeries, or if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy. Contraindications: Sound healing may not be suitable for those with sound-induced epilepsy or those with pacemakers. If you have any concerns, please consult your GP before booking. Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for your own well-being during somatic movement. Please listen to your body and move within your own comfortable limits. 4. Digital Sanctuary (Online Sessions) Connectivity: Jessika May is not responsible for technical issues arising from your personal internet connection or hardware. Etiquette: To protect the privacy of all participants, recording of online group sessions is strictly prohibited. 5. Private Events & Retreats For bespoke bookings (Hen parties, Corporate, or Retreats), a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event.
